2024 HRStars Awards Gala

Individual ticket ONLY: Purchase an Individual ticket only by selecting the "Register Myself" button and then the "Individual ticket" radio button and "Proceed to Checkout" at the bottom.

Individual ticket PLUS up to 8 guests: You may purchase up to 8 guests by registering yourself and selecting "Individual ticket" then scroll to the bottom and choose "Add" guest ticket. Select the number of guest tickets and add each of the guest names in the fields provided. 

Reserved or Sponsored Tables (10 seats): Questions about reserved or sponsored tables, please contact Florence Epelfeld at [email protected] or 469-283-6962. If you have purchased a Sponsored Table (10 seats), Florence Epelfeld will contact you shortly after your purchase to get a list of your 10 guest names. 

What is the Refund, Substitution, and Cancellation policy?

Substitutions are permitted and must be in writing. An administrative fee of $25 will be incurred. Email substitution requests to Florence Epelfeld at [email protected]. All Cancellations incur a $25 administrative fee in addition to any percentage owed according to the 2024 Refund Schedule below. Registrations are not transferable to future events.

2024 Refund Schedule
Cancellations received by midnight January 19, 2024 100% Refund (less $25 admin fee)
Cancellations received by midnight January 26, 2024 50% Refund (less $25 admin fee)
Cancellations received by noon on February 4, 2024 or later NO REFUND


DallasHR reserves the right to cancel or revoke any registration for any reason without a refund.
