DallasHR Volunteer Leader of the Year: Award Recipient & Finalists

The DallasHR Volunteer Leader of the Year Award is given to one volunteer on the Board of Directors for DallasHR whose hard work and dedication have made a significant impact in serving DallasHR and its membership.

Nominees are chosen from current Board volunteer leaders and the winner is chosen by the sitting President of DallasHR.

Callie Miller, PHR, SHRM-CP, CSP - High Profile Staffing 

Callie earned her Bachelor of Business Studies from Dallas Baptist University while also working full time as an Office Manager.  Prior to joining High Profile, Callie worked for an elite sports and entertainment firm where she regularly interfaced with key individuals from the local professional sporting community.  Callie joined High Profile in 2006 as a Recruiting Assistant and has worked across all of the High Profile divisions in various roles.  Callie currently serves as our VP of Sales, overseeing the sales and marketing functions.  In addition, Callie serves on the 2018 DallasHR Board of Directors as Education Director. She has earned her PHR (Professional in Human Resources), SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management – Certified Professional) and CSP (Certified Staffing Professional) certifications.

Austin Castleberry - CyrusOne 


Austin Castleberry is an HR Generalist who currently partners with two Sr. HR Business Partners to provide remote support in employee relations, recruitment and training initiatives for all CyrusOne (Sigh-Russ One) employees. Austin believes that fostering relationships with the various lines of business, displaying a constant positive attitude, and utilizing business acumen are the keys to being a successful, strategic partner. 

During his time serving as Director of the Career Support Committee, Austin and his committee members were able to set the new standard for providing assistance to those that are currently in-between jobs. Austin knows that he and his team made an impact on the local HR community by sharing over 100 job opportunities in 2018, holding monthly educational and networking sessions to assist those during their search, and helped expand DallasHR membership by welcoming newcomers looking for assistance to their programs. Austin is PHR certified, is a first time Director, and has been a member of DallasHR for three years. 
 

Holly Novak, MBA, SPHR - Jack Henry & Associates 


Holly Novak, is a Human Resource Business Partner at Jack Henry & Associates. She has over 17 years of HR experience in various positions, including Sr. VP of HR, Recruiter, HRIS manager, Director of HR Operations. She received her Business Management degree and MBA from Texas Tech University and is an active member in the Society for Human Resource Management organization in both Texas and nationally serving on the Board of Directors for DallasHR as the Director of Collin CountyHR for 2018 and as a District Director for TexasSHRM for the past 4 years.
