Many traditional employee health metrics have focused on prevalence of smoking, BMI or weight of employees yet have failed to deliver results because they are not giving employees what they want and need. About the Speaker
MEGAN LYONS, FOUNDER AND OWNER, THE LYONS' SHARE WELLNESS
Megan Lyons offers personalized health coaching to help clients lose weight, increase their energy and feel their best through nutrition and lifestyle. Her clients have lost up to 100 pounds, solved chronic digestive issues, dramatically reduced blood pressure and cholesterol, and transformed their picky families into healthy, well-balanced eaters. She also speaks nationally on topics related to health and wellness, and hosts corporate wellness workshops and challenges. Megan is a Certified Holistic Health Counselor (Institute for Integrative Nutrition) and is currently pursuing her Masters in Holistic Nutrition. She received her MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in 2012 and graduated from Harvard University with honors in economics in 2007. Megan grew up in Dallas, and now lives in Uptown with her husband, Kevin. She enjoys running, traveling, reading, volunteer coaching a 3rd grade girls’ running team and cheering on the Dallas Mavericks.

your cancellation request in writing to DallasHR no later than 5 days prior to the start of the
class. There will be no refund if cancellation is received within 5 days of the start of the
