Why Healthy Employees Matter & What HR Professionals Can Do About It

December 18, 2015
12:00 PM - 1:00 PM

Having healthy employees is not just an idealistic talking point. It can positively impact the culture, productivity and profitability of a company. Many traditional employee health metrics have focused on prevalence of smoking, BMI or weight of employees yet have failed to deliver results because they are not giving employees what they want and need. This webinar will introduce HR professionals to the seven principles of true health and offer four strategies that can be used to support a healthy workplace.

Participants will learn:
  • The importance of having truly healthy employees
  • Reasons traditional corporate wellness programs often fail
  • The seven principles of true health
  • Four things HR professionals can do to support a healthy workplace
