Participants will discover the top ten investigation dos and don’ts and learn how to implement a practical approach to conducting investigations that lead to successful resolutions.
Learning Objectives:
- Understand the importance of appropriately timing the investigation and having a plan
- Learn how to manage confidential information and distinguish between differing accounts
- Implement specific steps to result in a successful resolution
