Join DallasHR in Collin County for a thought-provoking session that informs participants of the future of work and gets them thinking about implications to HR.  Specifically, what each one of us in the HR profession needs to do to show up differently and what we can do to make a difference while living a life true to our purpose.

Pallavi Ridout

Pallavi Ridout is an executive coach and personal excellence enabler for leaders, teams and individuals. After working in corporate America for 20+ years, she exited her highly successful career in order to “𝘓𝘦𝘢𝘥 𝘢 𝘓𝘪𝘧𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘕𝘰 𝘙𝘦𝘨𝘳𝘦𝘵𝘴” which led her to establish The ELM advisory group. She has coached global executive & leadership teams from 30+ countries and groomed them for excellence.  She is a highly engaging and dynamic speaker involving her audiences in thought provoking and witty dialogue. She is well versed in a variety of leadership and personal excellence topics such as emotional intelligence, communication, conflict management, leadership presence and self-advocacy for female leaders.
Fun facts: She is an avid toastmaster and has won several prepared speech, evaluation and impromptu speech competitions. She's also a world traveler and truly believes that travel opens up our perspectives and helps us embrace our differences leading to better understanding a harmony in this world.

IMPORTANT: Advance registrations are strongly recommended. Due to catering requirements, we cannot guarantee seating for onsite registrants. To receive cancellation credit, your written request must be received at DallasHR by 12:00 noon, no later than the Friday before the meeting.

Payment is due with registration. No POs or requests for invoicing can be honored. Checks should be made payable and mailed (to be received no later than the Friday before the meeting) to the DallasHR Office.

Important Notices:

Chapter members and guests are not allowed to bring and/or distribute marketing collateral or material other than business cards to any chapter event except paid, sponsoring businesses. Violation of this policy will result in dismissal from the meeting and confiscation of materials. Opportunities to promote products and services are available. Please make arrangements to be on time. Lunch service will cease when the luncheon presentation begins. This is a rule set by the HR Certification Institute for presentations that are approved for credit. Attendees who arrive after 11:45 AM may not be served lunch and your seat may be released to onsite registration attendees.

If you require a vegetarian meal for lunch, you may request one by contacting [email protected]. Please note that you must pre-order veggie meals no later than 9:00 AM on the Monday prior to the event. On-site requests cannot be honored.
