Driving Remote & Hybrid Success - HR Trends & Best Practices

In this practical session, we'll tackle the challenges and opportunities facing HR leaders in today's changing work landscape. We’ll explore effective strategies for team collaboration, flexibility, and accountability in a remote or hybrid work environment. We’ll provide best practices as well as host a panel discussion with Brandon Dean, the leader behind AVIO Consulting's consistent recognition as a "Best Place to Work." Barbara Giesing and Michele Haugh both have extensive experience in guiding remote/hybrid teams through establishing best practices that enable organizational success, and they will facilitate the conversation.

This is your chance to learn and shape your organization's remote and hybrid success.

Learning Objectives:

  • Understanding Key Trends in Remote and Hybrid Work: Participants will gain insights into current and emerging trends shaping the landscape of remote and hybrid work, including technological advancements, changes in organizational culture, and evolving employee expectations.

  • Developing Strategies for Remote and Hybrid Success: Participants will acquire practical strategies for fostering a successful remote and hybrid work environment, covering areas such as effective communication, talent management, and the use of technology to enhance collaboration.

  • Applying Real-life Examples to Enhance Remote Work Practices: Participants will engage in a panel discussion featuring real-life examples from a 100-person fully remote organization across 7 countries. Through these case studies, participants will learn to identify and apply best practices in navigating the challenges and leveraging the benefits of remote and hybrid work models.

These learning objectives aim to provide a comprehensive understanding of the key elements related to remote and hybrid work, offering actionable strategies and insights from real-world scenarios to enhance participants' ability to navigate and succeed in the evolving landscape of work.
