Career Support Networking and Strategy Session for the HR Community

Back to the Basics: How to Fortify Your Competitive Edge

As you search for your next role, there might be certain skills of which you seek a better way of doing or there might topics of which you’d like to learn more and master. Being part of a large HR Community of professionals, it’s important we adopt a “servant-synergy” mentality to
support one another during this transformational period.

Sal’s session will highlight some of key, “back-to-the-basics” best practices & ideas that can help you in your journey in finding that next great position.

Learning Objectives:

  • Establishing a foundation of fundamentals (resume/CV, Personal Value Proposition, Interviewing, etc).
  • The Right Way to Networking (as Seth McColley coins it.... "Relationshiping").
  • How are you differentiating yourself? What's your personal brand?
  • "Please & Thank You" - Neglected Etiquette
